Their help and support department could be clearer compared to other VPN providers. It usually takes 3-4 hours to address your problems by the department, which is unacceptable if you have more complex issues and require early solutions.

It isn’t very pleasant to know that TunnelBear doesn’t have a refund policy, as every other VPN company offers that benefit to its customers. Once you have purchased the subscription plan, there is no turning back.
